Exchange Policy


If you need a different size or color, just email our customer service at Exchange.Masham@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the exchange. Send the item back via any courier, and we’ll send your replacement within 7 to 10 working days.

Remember, we accept exchanges only for unworn, unwashed items with all original tags. You'll cover shipping costs, and if your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund. Old items can't be exchanged for new collection pieces.
